H/T Don KM0R F.C.C. grants temporary 60-day waiver of symbol rate regulations for amateur radio links between U.S. and Puerto Rico. This will allow Pactor Levels 3 and 4 which are, respectively, prohibited and tightly restricted under current amateur radio regulations.
